
Remove your cake or slices from cooler box. Be careful not to touch any
remaining dry ice. FOR CAKES IMMEDIATELY REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP
AND PAPER COLLAR WHILE CAKE IS STILL FROZEN. Refrigerate your
cake or slices until ready to serve.
Take your cake or slices out of the refrigerator and allow to reach room
temperature to properly soften before serving. FOR CAKES APPROX
3 HOURS, AND FOR CAKE SLICES AROUND 1 HOUR BEFORE
DIGGING IN.
When ready to serve your cake, begin slicing, be sure to wipe your knife
between cuts to remove crumbs and icing. TIP: you can run your knife
under hot water after each cut for that perfect slice.
STILL HAVE CAKE LEFT? No problem, just put your cake back in the
refrigerator and store it for 48-72 hours.

Remove lobster tail boxes from the cooler, being careful of any
remaining dry ice. Place your box in the freezer until you are
ready to use.
When ready to consume, remove your lobster tails from your
freezer and defrost in an ambient location for 2-3 hours.
Dust with confectionery sugar, eat and enjoy. WE RECOMMEND YOU
ENJOY YOUR LOBSTER TAILS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DEFROSTING.

Remove cannoli shells and cream from cooler. Be careful not to
touch any remaining dry ice. Place cannoli shells in a cool, dry
place until ready to use.
Cannoli cream should be placed in the refrigerator until fully
defrosted. THIS MAY TAKE 5-10 HOURS IF FROZEN SOLID.
Once cream is no longer frozen, cut open the tip of the cannoli
cream bag, making sure that the opening is no larger than a dime!
NOTE: THERE MAY BE WATER AT THE TOP OF THE CANNOLI
CREAM BAG; THIS IS NATURAL AND COMES FROM THE CHEESE!
